1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ace365 online betting platform, accessible via the official website at ace365.plus and the ace365 mobile app ("Platform"). 2.3 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your membership. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms.
Warning: ace365 carries out a strict KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You may be asked to submit identity documents such as your MyKad or passport at any time. Failure to do so may result in your account being suspended until the verification process is complete.
3. User Account
3.1 Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone, including family members or friends. ace365 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact the ace365 support team immediately.
3.2 Account Activity
You are responsible for all activity that takes place in your account, including all bets placed and transactions made. ace365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
3.3 Self-Suspension of Account
You may request to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account via the account settings page or by contacting our support team. This is part of the responsible gambling tools we provide to all ace365 members.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal
4.1 Payment Methods
Ace365 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB Now, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow. All deposits are processed almost instantly. The minimum deposit is RM 10, while the maximum deposit amount depends on your chosen payment method and account tier.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your original deposit, or to a bank account in your own name. ace365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. To ensure security and prevent money laundering, all withdrawals are subject to our standard internal verification process.
Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 and 3 business days for standard accounts. VIP members enjoy faster processing priority. If your withdrawal takes longer than expected, please contact our support team with the relevant transaction number.
4.3 Suspicious Transactions
Ace365 reserves the right to withhold or investigate any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. During an investigation, related funds may be temporarily frozen. ace365 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
5. Bonus & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by ace365 are subject to specific conditions, including wagering requirements (rollover), validity periods, minimum and maximum betting limits, and eligible games or markets. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user. Attempts to claim a new bonus using a second account, a different IP address, or different payment details are considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure without compensation.
5.2 Bonus Abuse

If the system detects suspicious activity — such as hedging bets across opposing markets solely to meet rollover requirements, or the use of strategies inconsistent with normal betting — ace365 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and associated winnings without prior notice.
6. Wagering Rules
6.1 Odds Errors
While ace365 strives to ensure the accuracy of all displayed odds, technical errors may occur. ace365 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on odds that are clearly incorrect or contain a significant error. ace365's decision in such matters is final.
6.2 Live Betting
In Live Betting, odds change rapidly in line with match developments. Accepted bets are based on the odds displayed at the time the system confirms acceptance, not when you click the bet button. Network delays may affect the odds applied to your bet.
6.3 Betting Results
All betting decisions are final once confirmed by the ace365 system. Bets that have been accepted cannot be cancelled or modified except in specific situations outlined in the relevant sports rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a betting outcome, ace365's decision following an internal investigation is final.
6.4 Betting Limits
Ace365 sets minimum and maximum limits for each betting type and market. These limits may vary by sport, league, bet type, and your account status. ace365 reserves the right to adjust individual betting limits at any time without any obligation to provide reasons.

8. Account Termination & Restrictions

- Indication that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
- Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual
- Bonus or promotional system abuse
- Attempting to hack or interfere with the platform's technical systems
- Abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff or other users
- Your own request to close your account
If your account is terminated due to a Terms violation, any balance in your account may be frozen pending the completion of an investigation. ace365 reserves the right to withhold that balance if there is evidence of fraud or illegal activity.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, use, and protection of your personal information by ace365 is governed by Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the terms set out in our Privacy Policy.
Ace365 uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or for fraud investigation purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability
