Not every player qualifies — and that's what makes the ace365 VIP program so special. Get access to exclusive privileges, the highest cashback rates, a personal account manager and rewards you won't find anywhere else.
Each ace365 VIP tier is designed to deliver more value as players become more active. The higher your tier, the greater the rewards you receive — automatically, with no need to apply.
The ace365 VIP Programme is more than just a name or a label. Every VIP tier comes with benefits you can feel directly in your daily gameplay — from higher cashback rates to a genuinely different level of service compared to regular members.
Every week, your cashback is calculated based on your VIP tier and credited directly to your account with no application process required. The higher your tier, the greater the percentage you receive back.
Ace365 VIP members enjoy significantly higher daily withdrawal limits compared to regular members — up to no limit at all for Diamond tier. Your funds are processed quickly with no delays.
From Gold tier and above, every ace365 VIP member gets a dedicated account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp or Telegram for account matters, promotions and any enquiries.
VIP bonus offers are not available to the public — they are sent directly to you via your account manager or in-app notifications. These include birthday bonuses, tier upgrade bonuses, and surprise promotions.
Ace365 Platinum and Diamond VIP members are eligible for invitations to exclusive events, including high-stakes casino tournaments and annual member appreciation galas held at selected venues across Malaysia.
Many online casino platforms offer VIP programmes that look attractive on paper, but when you try to claim the benefits, the process is complicated, comes with strict conditions, or requires time-consuming manual steps. ace365 takes a completely different approach — every VIP reward is credited automatically based on your gameplay activity, with no application forms to submit or manual approvals to wait for.
The ace365 VIP tier calculation system is also fully transparent. You can view your progress to the next tier in your account dashboard at any time. No hidden conditions, no unreasonable time limits, and no need to contact customer support just to find out your VIP status.
Ace365 also understands that Malaysian players have diverse playing styles. Some prefer spending hours at a live baccarat table on weekends, while others favour quick slot sessions during a lunch break. The ace365 VIP Programme takes all types of gameplay into account — not just specific games — when calculating your points and tier progression.
Another advantage rarely found elsewhere is the withdrawal flexibility for ace365 VIP members. For Diamond members, no daily withdrawal limit applies — you can withdraw your entire account balance at any time, and the approval process is completed in under 10 minutes with no additional documents required, as long as your initial KYC verification has been completed.
In short, the ace365 VIP programme is about rewarding loyal players in a way that truly matters. Not just a digital badge or a fancy title — but real value you can feel every time you log in and play on the ace365 platform.
The table below summarises the key differences across each ace365 VIP tier so you can compare them at a glance.
The process of becoming an ace365 VIP member is straightforward and transparent. No special application is required — our system automatically tracks your gameplay activity and updates your VIP tier once the conditions have been met.
Begin by registering a free account at ace365. The registration process takes less than 2 minutes and you are immediately eligible for the Bronze tier once your account is active.
Deposit using your preferred method — TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay or online banking. Every ringgit you deposit and play with counts toward your VIP tier progression.
Log in to your account dashboard and check the "VIP Status" section to view your progress percentage to the next tier, the total cashback accumulated, and your weekly cashback cycle date.
Once you meet the cumulative deposit requirement for the next tier, your account is automatically upgraded and all new tier rewards take effect in the following cycle — no action required on your part.
The ace365 VIP Programme offers a range of exclusive additional privileges designed to keep your gaming experience at the highest level at all times.
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed ahead of the queue. For Platinum and Diamond members, verification is completed within 5 minutes or less at any time of day.
Every Gold VIP member and above gets a personal account manager reachable directly through exclusive communication channels for assistance, personalised offers, and prompt responses.
Diamond VIP members are eligible to receive physical gifts delivered directly to their home address — from ace365 branded merchandise to high-value premium gifts at special occasions throughout the year.
From invite-only poker tournaments to annual appreciation galas, Platinum and Diamond VIP members get priority access to events not open to the public.
Ace365 VIP members gain access to higher-limit betting tables unavailable to regular members, including dedicated baccarat, blackjack and roulette tables reserved for premium players.
Ace365 VIP accounts are protected with additional security layers including mandatory two-factor authentication, real-time login activity notifications and periodic account security reviews by our security team.
Among all the VIP tiers ace365 offers, Diamond stands apart as the most complete and exclusive online casino experience available in Malaysia. Diamond members are more than just players — they are ace365's long-term partners who deserve the best treatment at every point of interaction with our platform.
Your personal VIP manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — not just during regular office hours. Whether you need to verify a withdrawal status at 3 a.m., get details on the latest promotions, or require immediate technical assistance during an important session, your VIP manager is ready to help without delay.
The weekly 2.5% cashback for Diamond members means you consistently get back a significant portion of your play value. For active players, this can add up to tens of thousands of ringgit a year credited back to your account with no burdensome rollover requirements.
Unlimited weekly free spins let Diamond members explore the latest ace365 slot titles at no risk — and any wins from free spins are credited directly as cash credit that can be used or withdrawn under straightforward standard terms. This is how ace365 ensures Diamond members are always first in line to enjoy the newest games added to the platform every week.
If you are a serious player who values a high-quality casino experience, responsive service, and rewards that truly match your loyalty — the ace365 Diamond tier is the ultimate destination to reach.
