Who Are We?
Ace365 is an online betting platform founded with one clear mission — to provide Malaysian players with an honest, safe, and enjoyable betting experience. From day one, we have never lost sight of the fact that behind every account is a real person placing their trust in us.
The name ace365 reflects our commitment — "ace" stands for the best in class, while "365" refers to our presence every day of the year, without pause. We are more than just an online platform — we are your betting partner, always there when you need us.
Since its launch, ace365 has grown into one of the most trusted betting platforms in Southeast Asia, with hundreds of thousands of active members enjoying a full range of products — from live sports and casino to Live Casino, betting, and e-sports. This growth didn't happen by chance — it's the result of our team's hard work and the continued trust of the Malaysian player community.
Why Was ACE365 Founded?
The founders of ace365 identified a recurring problem faced by Malaysian players: most betting platforms available at the time were not built with local users in mind. Interfaces in hard-to-follow languages, payment methods that didn't support Malaysian banks, slow and unresponsive customer service — all of this made for a frustrating experience for players who simply wanted a smooth betting experience.
Ace365 was built to change all that. We developed our platform from the ground up with Malaysian players' needs at the forefront — Bahasa Melayu as the primary interface, payment support via local banks, a lightweight and fast mobile app, and a customer support team that understands local culture and user needs.

Sports Betting & Live Betting
The ace365 sports section covers over 30 sport categories from around the world, with exceptionally deep coverage of the sports most popular among Malaysian players. Football gets the most attention — from the Malaysia Super League and FA Cup to the EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga and UEFA Champions League. Badminton, a national pride, also receives full BWF World Tour coverage including the Malaysia Open, Thomas Cup and Sudirman Cup.
Ace365's live betting feature lets you place bets while a match is in progress, with odds updated almost instantly as the action unfolds on the field. Real-time match statistics are displayed directly within the betting interface, helping you make more informed decisions without switching tabs or apps.
Casino & Live Casino
For players who enjoy casino games, ace365 offers hundreds of slot options from world-class providers, along with classic table games such as baccarat, blackjack, roulette and poker. The Live Casino section brings the real casino experience to your screen — with live human dealers running games in real time via high-quality video.
All casino games on ace365 use independently verified random number generators (RNG), ensuring every outcome is fair and cannot be manipulated. This is part of our unwavering commitment to game integrity.
Easy Deposits & Withdrawals
We understand that financial matters are the most sensitive aspect of the betting experience. That's why ace365 offers a wide range of local payment methods you know and trust — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB Now, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and more. Minimum deposits start from as low as RM 10, and withdrawals are processed transparently with no hidden fees. For VIP members, we offer priority withdrawal processing with faster turnaround times.
ACE365's Commitment to Security
Security at ace365 is more than a buzzword — it is at the core of how we operate. Every piece of personal and financial information you share with us is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same level used by the world's largest financial institutions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security, ensuring only you can access your account.
Member funds are held in a separate account from the company's operating funds. This means your money is never used for business operations, and you can make withdrawals at any time without unreasonable restrictions. Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process ensures that only verified users can register and operate on the ace365 platform.
Ace365 operates under an international licence that requires strict compliance with security standards, transparency, and responsible betting practices. Regular audits are conducted by independent third parties to ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Bet Responsibly with ACE365
One of the core values we hold firmly at ace365 is our commitment to responsible betting. We believe that betting should be a fun form of entertainment — not a source of stress or financial hardship. That's why we provide a range of self-management tools you can use to stay in control of your betting habits.
Through the Responsible Gaming you can set daily or weekly deposit limits, betting limits, and if needed — activate a temporary account pause option. All ace365 players must be aged 18 and above, and we have an active system to identify and assist players who may need support.
We also partner with problem gambling support organisations to ensure help resources are always available for anyone who needs them. Our commitment to member well-being goes beyond corporate responsibility — it is part of who we are as a platform.
